本文总结佘靖教授诊治缓慢性心律失常的学术思想、临证经验及用药特点。佘教授认为,缓慢性心律失常的基本病机是本虚标实,本虚是其发病的关键。临证主要分为心气(阳)亏虚、气阴两虚和痰瘀互结3种证型,治疗多以《伤寒杂病论》方剂为基础,重在补虚,同时重视气机的调整和脾、肾二脏的顾护,尊古而不泥古,创新而不离宗,具有独到的学术思想和治疗经验。

This article summarized Professor She Jing’s academic thoughts,clinical experience and medication characteristics in the diagnosis and treatment of bradyarrhythmia.Professor She Jing believes that the combination of deficiency and excess is the basic pathogenesis of bradyarrhythmia,and the deficiency is the key to the pathogenesis.Clinical syndromes can be divided into three main types:deficiency of heart qi(yang),deficiency of qi and yin,and combination of phlegm and blood stasis.Professor She Jing is adept in using classical prescriptions from Shang Han Za Bing Lun.Professor She Jing pays attention to tonifying deficiency,meanwhile she values the protection of spleen and kidney,uses the prescriptions with respect and creativeness,and has unique academic thoughts and clinical experience.
