围绝经期女性泌尿系感染辨治思路

Thoughts on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Perimenopausal Female Urinary Tract Infection

围绝经期女性因卵巢功能衰退,雌激素水平持续下降,失去对泌尿系统保护作用,致泌尿系感染反复发作,长期使用抗生素治疗易造成耐药菌产生。本文结合围绝经期女子七七而天癸竭、肝肾阴虚病机特征,确立补肾养阴、清热利湿、随兼证变治之法,主以猪苓汤加减取得较好疗效,可为临床提供参考。

Women in perimenopausal period have a decreased estrogen level due to the decline of ovarian function,which may cause a decline of protective effect on the urinary system,and consequently can result in recurrent urinary tract infection.Moreover,long-term treatment with antibiotic is more likely to cause the bacteria drug-resistance.This article proposed therapeutic methods for perimenopausal female urinary tract infection:tonifying kidney and nourishing yin,clearing heat and removing dampness,with modification based on the concurrent syndrome,according to pathogenesis characteristics of perimenopausal women:“Qi Qi Er Tian Gui Jie”and liver-kidney yin deficiency.The main treatment of modified Zhuling Decoction has achieved good efficacy,which can provide references for clinic.
