摘要
望诊信息客观化是中医诊断现代化研究的重要内容。舌诊仪、面部色诊仪是实现中医望诊客观化的重要工具,结合颜色空间提取、分析舌面部颜色参数,可为中医望诊提供客观化指标,该方法被广泛运用于中医健康管理、辨证论治及中西医结合研究等方面。本文对目前颜色空间在中医望诊中的应用、望诊客观化仪器的发展进行概述,以期为中医诊断客观化研究提供参考。
The objectivization of inspection information is important to the modernization research of TCM diagnosis.Tongue diagnosis instrument and facial color diagnosis instrument are the main tools to realize the objectivization of TCM inspection.Combining the color space to extract and analyze the color parameters of the tongue and face can provide objective indicators for TCM inspection diagnosis,which has been widely used in TCM health management,syndrome differentiation,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine research.This article reviewed the current application of color space in TCM inspection and the development of TCM intelligent inspection instruments,in order to provide references for the objectivization research on TCM diagnosis.
