家蚕的营养摄食特性及蚕沙的饲用价值

Ingestion Property of Silkworm and Feeding Value of Silkworm Litter

为了探讨蚕沙的饲用价值,以家蚕杂交品种“造A×兰B”和桑树品种“湘7920”为试材,测定了家蚕对桑叶的采食率和消化率,分析了家蚕采食消化前后桑叶和蚕沙中营养成分含量的变化。结果表明:家蚕对桑叶的采食率仅75%左右,消化率低于42%,有50%~55%的桑叶养分残留在蚕沙中。蚕沙干物质含CP 12.27%、NDF 26.26%、ADF 20.28%、EE 4.50%,RFV为258.96%,因此蚕沙具有较高的畜禽饲用价值。

In order to investigate the feeding value of silkworm litter,the ingestion rate and digestion rate of silkworm(hybrid variety‘Zao A×Lan B’)to mulberry leaf(variety‘Xiang 7920’)were measured,and the nutritional component in mulberry leaf and silkworm litter was compared.The results showed that the ingestion rate was about 75%,and the digestion rate was lower than 42%.The silkworm litter contained 50%~55%mulberry leaf nutrition residues.The silkworm litter possessed higher feeding value with nutrition composition of CP 12.27%,NDF 26.26%,ADF 20.28%,EE 4.50%and RFV 258.96%.
