摘要
连续3个月对去除卵巢致骨质疏松小鼠灌胃不同剂量(0.35、0.70、1.05 g/kg)的铁皮石斛提取物,通过Micro CT对骨质疏松模型小鼠的左侧股骨的组织形态计量学参数进行了分析。实验结果表明:用铁皮石斛提取物处理小鼠可改善其骨小梁结构,增加骨密度、骨小梁厚度、骨小梁数目以及骨小梁体积分数,降低骨小梁分离度。因此,用铁皮石斛提取物处理骨质疏松模型小鼠可明显改善切除卵巢导致的骨微结构退变。
The mice with ovari-removed osteoporosis were gavaged with Dendrobium candidum extract at different doses(0.35,0.70,1.05 g/kg)for consecutive 3 months.The left femur morphometric parameters of osteoporosis model mice were analyzed by Micro CT.The results showed that the mice treated with extract of Dendrobium candidum could improve bone trabecular architecture,increase bone mineral density(BMD),bone trabecular thickness(Tb.Th),bone trabecular number(Tb.N)and bone volume/total volume(BV/TV),and decrease bone trabecular separation(Tb.Sp).Therefore,treatment of osteoporosis model mice with Dendrobium candidum extract could significantly improve bone microstructural degeneration induced by ovariectomy.
