摘要
基于国标对车用动力蓄电池的外部火烧安全要求,文章针对某款车用动力电池箱外部火烧试验的表现情况进行分析,提出优化改进方案,并通过试验验证确定最终方案。试验结果表明,优化方案效果达到了预期,为车用动力电池箱的防火性设计与试验验证提供了可借鉴的思路。
Based on the GB-Standard of electric vehicles traction battery safety requirements,the external bonfire of certain electric vehicles traction battery is analyzed,optimization countermeasure scenarios are given,and optimal final concept is chosen by test verification.The test results show that the optimization countermeasure achieves the expectation,which offers thought and concept for fire proofing development of traction battery.
