摘要
文章以圆锥滚子轴承为研究对象,指出了目前对圆锥滚子轴承力学分析中存在的不足,在考虑滚动轴承滚动体在加工中产生的几何误差的情况下,通过力学分析,建立了一种能够在考虑滚动体存在误差情况下的滚动体与滚道间接触应力及轴心轨迹的计算模型。应用数值计算的方法,通过一组算例,系统研究了滚动体存在误差时内外圈接触应力和轴心轨迹的影响规律,绘制了最大接触应力、轴向作用力和轴心轨迹的变化曲线,并进行了分析说明。
A tapered roller bearing is taken as the research object in this paper.The insufficiency of the research on mechanical property of tapered roller bearing is pointed out.A calculating model is established by mechanical analysis,which can analyze the contact stress between rollers and raceways,as well as the bearing axis orbit by taking into account of the roller error.Influences of roller error on the contact stress of roller-raceway and the axis orbit are numerically studied with a calculating example.The variation curves of maximum contact stress,axial force and axis orbit of the bearing with roller error are plotted and explained in detail.
