摘要 文章针对液压衬套动态特性展开研究,基于衬套零件结构参数与动刚度、阻尼角的关系,利用AMESim平台搭建了零件的物理模型,通过零件的台架试验验证了模型的有效性。基于Adams平台搭建整车动力学模型并编写相关集成模块进行数据端口连接,实现零件和整车模型间的数据实时交互,并设计整车试验对文章建立的混合模型进行验证。结果表明:搭建的液压衬套零件模型可以有效地表征零件的动态特性,整车动力学模型仿真结果与试验一致性较好。文章的建模和分析方法可以为液压衬套前期正向开发以及实车调试提供设计指导。 Aiming at the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic bushing,the AMESim software is used to build the physical model of the part based on the relationship between structural parameters of bushing parts and dynamic stiffness and damping angle.The validity of the model is verified by the bench test of the parts.The multi-body dynamic model of the whole vehicle based on Adams is established,and the relevant integration module is written to connect the data port to realize the real-time data interaction between the parts and the vehicle model.Based on the actual vehicle passing through the deceleration strip at low speed,the dynamic response of the whole vehicle is simulated.The vehicle test is designed to verify the hybrid model established in this paper.The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic bushing can be effectively represented by the model,the simulation results of vehicle dynamics model are in good agreement with the test results.The modeling and analysis methods in this paper can provide design guidance for the forward development of hydraulic bushing.
