摘要 文章介绍了采用冷凝回收-活性炭吸附工艺处理干燥机有机废气的工程设计与运行情况,设计处理能力为500m~3/h。废气经上述处理设施处理之后能达到《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996)二级标准的排放标准,有机溶剂得到有效回收。工程连续运行期间,检测数据表明各项指标均达到设计标准,且运行稳定,较为合理。 The article introduces the engineering design and operation of the treatment of organic waste gas from the dryer by the condensation recovery-activated carbon adsorption process.The designed treatment capacity is 500m3/h.After the waste gas is processed by the above-mentioned treatment facilities,it can meet the emission standard of the second level of the"Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants"(GB16297-1996),and the organic solvents can be effectively recovered.During the continuous operation of the project,the test data showed that all indicators reached the design standard,and the operation was stable and reasonable.
