钢混组合梁桥面板施工工艺研究

Research on construction technology of steel-concrete composite beam bridge deck

文章基于对钢混组合梁桥面板施工工艺的研究,阐述了工程概况,分析了钢混组合梁桥面板施工应注意桥面板表观质量问题,以及桥面板混凝土裂缝问题。最后,给出钢混组合梁桥面板施工工艺,包括加强施工准备工作、强化模板安装工作、落实钢筋绑扎工作、合理设置预埋件、加强高程控制等。

Based on the research on the construction technology of steel-concrete composite beam bridge slab,the article describes the general situation of the project and analyzes that the construction of steel-concrete composite beam bridge slab should pay attention to the apparent quality of bridge slab and the problem of cracks in bridge slab concrete.Finally,the construction technology of the steelconcrete composite beam bridge deck is given,including strengthening the construction preparation,strengthening the installation of the formwork,implementing the reinforcing steel binding work,reasonably setting the embedded parts,and strengthening the elevation control and so on.
