摘要
人工智能生成物是通过人工智能所产出的内容,其性质和权利归属的问题是学界争议的主要问题。通过对该类生成物法律性质和权利归属的分析,以期对人工智能生成物这一新生事物提出更具建设性的法律意见。
AI products are the content produced by AI,and the main problem of academic controversy is the nature and ownership of rights.Through the analysis of the legal nature and ownership of the rights of the products,to put forward more constructive legal opinions on the new thing of artificial intelligence.
