摘要
文章以2005—2018年江苏区域物流发展的事实为依据,在对传统引力模型进行修正的基础上,结合物流地位模型,测算出江苏13市物流发展的空间相互作用力和影响力,并利用莫兰指数对其空间格局变化的关联性进行判断和检验,更科学地把握近14年来江苏区域物流空间格局变迁和发展趋势。研究发现,江苏三大区域间呈现趋同,区域内呈现边缘化现象,且凸显一定程度的空间相关性和集聚特征;其中苏南呈现出向弱差异和弱集聚的演变趋势,苏中和苏北仍然是物流发展的薄弱集聚区,但范围呈现逐步缩小的变动趋势,南强北弱的格局正在逐步缓解,江苏统筹推进区域协调发展政策效果明显。这为缩小江苏区域物流发展差距,贯彻区域物流高质量发展理念,统筹推进现代流通体系和构建双循环新发展格局提供有力支撑。
Based on the facts of the development of logistics in Jiangsu region from 2005 to 2018,this paper measures the spatial interaction and influence of logistics development in Jiangsu 13 city on the basis of revising the traditional gravity model and combining the logistics status model;And use the Moran index to judge and test the relevance of the change of its spatial pattern,and more scientifically grasp the change and development trend of jiangsu regional logistics space pattern in the past 14 years.The study found that the three regions of Jiangsu show convergence,the phenomenon of marginalization in the region,and highlight a certain degree of spatial relevance and adregation characteristics;Among them,Sunan shows the trend of evolution towards weak differences and weak adregation,Su Zhong and Subei are still weak cluster areas of logistics development,but the scope shows a gradually reduced trend of change,the weak pattern of the south and north is gradually easing,Jiangsu overall promotion of regional coordinated development policy effect is obvious.This provides a strong support for narrowing the regional logistics development gap in Jiangsu,implementing the concept of high-quality regional logistics development,promoting the modern circulation system and constructing a new dual-cycle development pattern.
