A Summary of the Research on the EU Police Cooperation System

跨国跨区域警务合作是新时代中国警务工作科学化、全球化发展的必然趋势,也是符合时代潮流的历史选择。全面了解欧盟警务合作制度研究的发展历程,可以为今后中国警务合作实践提供方向。以中国知网和KPS外文警察资源检索系统以及Web of Science(WOS)作为数据来源,利用CiteSpace等可视化分析工具,从定量的角度对国内外欧盟警务制度研究领域的基本数据、关键词、研究热点进行统计和分析,从定性的角度对国内外不同的研究重点进行梳理,对国内学者从整体到部分、侧重于现实因素的研究路径进行总结,并分析对我国发展跨国警务合作的借鉴意义。

Transnational and cross-regional police cooperation is the inevitable trend of scientific and globalized development of China’s police work in the new era,and it is also a historical choice in line with the trend of the times.A comprehensive understanding of the current development of the research on the changes in the EU police cooperation system can provide directions for future research and the practice of Chinese police cooperation.With the use ofCNKI and KPS foreign language police resource retrieval system and Web of Science(WOS)as data sources,and visual analysis tools such as CiteSpace,this article carries out statistics and analysis of basic data,keywords and research hotspots in the field of EU police system research at home and abroad from a quantitative perspective,summarizes the research of domestic scholars from the whole to the part with a focus on realistic factors,and analyzes the reference significance for the development of transnational police cooperation in China.
