政治仪式是实现身份认同的重要方式,身份认同是政治仪式的目的与手段,二者唇齿相依,互相依存。入警仪式作为政治仪式的重要组成部分,具有政治性、教育性、稳定性与周期性的特性,且其特性表征与其他警察荣誉仪式相比较为明显。入警仪式运用仪式符号帮助新入职人民警察实现身份类化,再通过警察文化引导其构建身份认同,达到身份转变,实现警察身份认同。

While political ceremony is an important way to achieve identity,identity is the purpose and means of political ceremony.They are dependent on each other.As an integral part of the political ceremony,the police sworn-inceremony has the characteristics of politics,education,flexibility and periodicity,and its characteristics are distinctive compared with other police honor ceremonies.This ceremony uses ritual symbols to help the new police to achieve identity classification,and then through the police culture to guide them to build identity,to achieve identity transformation,to achieve police identity.
