新时代公安派出所规范化建设路径探索

Exploration on the Standardized Construction Path of Police Stations in the New Era

规范化建设是公安派出所建设中的重要一环,同时也是影响和保障公安派出所战斗力的重要因素,直接决定着公安基层工作开展的成效。当下社会的快速发展虽然使人民生活水平不断提高,但也引发了诸多矛盾和问题,治安状况变得愈发复杂,对新时代下公安派出所规范化建设也提出了更高的要求。针对现阶段公安派出所规范化建设中亟须解决的问题,提出从硬件装备、组织机构、执法规范、服务措施以及绩效考核等五个方面着手,全面加强公安派出所规范化建设工作,以提高基层公安工作效率,维护辖区良好的社会秩序。

Standardization construction is an important link in the construction of police stations,and it is also an important factor that affects and guarantees the combat effectiveness of police,which directly determines the effectiveness of pubic security work.Although the rapid development of the current society has continuously improved people’s living standards,it has also caused many conflicts and problems.The public security situation has become more and more complicated,and higher requirements have been put forward for the standardized construction of police stations in the new era.In view of the problems to be solved in the current standardized construction of police stations,efforts should be made to comprehensively strengthen the standardized construction of police stations from the following five aspects:hardware equipment,organizational structure,law enforcement standards,service measures and performance appraisal,so as to improve the work efficiency of grassroots officers and maintain the good social order in their precincts.
