The concept of credit sale was introduced,the features of credit sale and the main forms of credit sale were summarized,the various risks which credit sale may face were analyzed under the market economy environment,some relevant measures were advanced for coping with the risks in credit sale,aiming at the existing risks in credit sale,some suggestions on how to reduce the risk of selling on credit are put forward,in order to avoid or eliminate the risks in the process of selling on credit.
