摘要
烟气制酸净化工序产生的高铜、砷废酸会对环境造成极大影响。通过对硫酸车间废酸硫化工序使用硫氢化钠和硫化钠作为硫化剂处理高铜、砷废酸的过程及可行性进行阐述,并介绍了硫氢化钠完全替代硫化钠处理含铜、砷废酸所需的工艺改造,给废酸处理提供了新的思路。
Waste acid is produced in the purification process of acid production,and the waste acid with high concentration of copper and arsenic have a great impact on the environment.This article introduces the treatment process of the waste acid vulcanization precipitation process,and analyzes the treatment effects of sodium hydrosulfide and sodium sulfide as vulcanizing agents.In addition,the process transformation required to completely replace sodium sulfide in the treatment of waste acid containing copper and arsenic is introduced.
