金属平衡管理水平是衡量采选和冶炼企业技术经济指标和管理水平好坏的重要标志,其最有效的手段就是编制金属平衡统计表,该表能较为全面和直观的反应出企业全流程金属平衡管理(包括生产、加工、仓储、运输及交易)过程中存在的薄弱环节。通过在企业金属平衡管理实际运作及对标考察过程中所遇到和折射出的一些实际问题,对目前铜冶炼行业金属平衡管理及其计算方式的利弊进行对比分析,并在此基础上提出了一些优化和改进建议。

The metal balance management level is an important indicator to measure the technical and economic indicators and management level of mining and smelting enterprises.The most effective method is to compile a metal balance statistical table,which can more comprehensively and intuitively reflect the enterprise weak links in the entire metal balance management process including production,processing,warehousing,transportation and trading.Through some practical problems encountered and reflected in the actual operation of the company’s metal balance management and benchmarking inspection process,a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the current metal balance management and its calculation methods in the copper smelting industry,and on this basis some optimization improvements and solutions are proposed in this article.
