铜冶炼阳极炉的烟气由于SO2浓度高,温度波动大并含有较强的腐蚀性等原因,不能采用静电、布袋等常规的除尘设备进行处理。介绍了山东祥光铜业有限公司阳极炉烟气处理设备——陶瓷除尘器自投入使用以来的除尘效果,降低了有害物质对大气的污染,同时有效回收烟尘中的有价成分。

The flue gas of copper smelting anode furnace can’t be treated by conventional dust removal such as static electricity and cloth bag because of the high concentration of SO2,large temperature fluctuation and strong corrosiveness.This paper introduces the dust removal effect of ceramic dust collector,the equipment for anode furnace flue gas treatment in Shandong Xiangguang Copper Industry Co.,LTD.since it was put into use,which reduces the air pollution of harmful substances and effectively recover the valuable components in the flue gas.
