In this paper,the basic situation of the concentrate storage and copper concentrate material in the stock preparation workshop of Guixi Smelter is introduced,and the demand of stable production is achieved by standardizing the management mode of copper concentrate material in each production link.How to achieve the maximum benefit through effective management,and how to innovate the new mode of material management through technological innovation and innovative management in the future are discussed as well in this paper.
