Reducing cost and increasing efficiency is the focus of high-quality development of an enterprise.Increasing the service life of spare parts is an effective means to reduce cost.This article introduces the consumption of chain spare parts for the ISA method cathode copper stripping device in the electrolysis workshop of Guixi Smelter.It also introduces the problems and solutions during the production.It focus on how to solve the negative impact of the secondary washing device on the conveyor chain of the stripping device,and the optimization and transformation of the cathode copper stripping device based on the actual production.Good results have been achieved in terms of the service of spare parts and maintenance cost.
