摘要
随着变频技术和电机能耗制动技术的发展,盘刹系统的设计向着集成化、轻量化和信息化方向发展。该文概述了常规绞车液压盘刹系统,对直驱绞车液压盘刹系统进行了优化设计,并对常规绞车和直驱绞车液压盘刹系统响应时间进行了数据测试和试验,提出了进一步研究和优化液压盘刹系统的建议。
With the development of frequency conversion technology and motor energy consumption braking technology,the design of disc brake system is developing towards integration,lightweight and information.In this paper,the conventional winch hydraulic disc brake system is summarized,the hydraulic disc brake system of direct drive winch is optimized,and the response time of conventional winch and direct drive winch hydraulic disc brake system is measured and tested,some suggestions on further research and optimization of hydraulic disc brake system are put forward.
