摘要
当前,高校毕业生面临就业难和就业压力大等问题,究其原因发现,信息不对称是影响毕业生就业水平的最主要因素之一。基于信息不对称理论,简要分析高校应届毕业生在求职和就业过程中出现的几类信息不对称的现象和可能会带来的影响,并提出相应的对策和建议。
Asymmetric Information is the fundamental reason to the employment difficulty of the university graduates, it can cause the occurrence of adverse selection and moral hazard, which will have effect on the graduates’ actual employment. The paper analyzes several kinds of information asymmetry phenomena in the job searching and employment of university graduates under the information asymmetry and puts forward some countermeasures.
