百年乡村建设,积累着从复兴到振兴的变量。从农业供给侧结构性改革到乡村振兴战略实施是这种变量的表现,也是从战术到战略的连续,两者之间有着深度关联,农业供给侧结构性改革回应着乡村振兴的基本前提、现实困境和关键视角,其延展逻辑、现实逻辑、理论逻辑与乡村振兴深度对接,这属于深层次问题。同时,农业供给侧结构性改革从塑造之基、塑造之纲、塑造之本、塑造之要四个维度与乡村振兴战略互为生成,这属于分层次问题。

A hundred years of rural construction has accumulated variables from rejuvenation to revitalization.From the agricultural supply-side structural reform to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy is the performance of this variable;at the same time,it is a continuous process from tactics to strategy.There is a deep connection between the two.The structural reform of agricultural supply-side responds to the basic premise,realistic dilemma and key perspective of rural revitalization.Its extension logic,realistic logic and theoretical logic are deeply connected with rural revitalization,which belongs to a deep-seated problem.At the same time,the agricultural supply side structural reform and the rural revitalization strategy are generated from the four dimensions of the foundation,the outline,the root and the essentials,which belong to the hierarchical problem.
