天津地区间接蒸发冷却能量回收系统能效的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据天津地区的气象特点,该地区不适宜单独使用直接蒸发冷却空调,因此选用了间接蒸发冷却能量回收新风预冷系统。通过试验研究室内排风对新风的预冷过程,分析了干、湿工况下典型日的运行效果和能效,结果表明:在干工况运行状态下,系统显热节能量较大,没有潜热节能量,COP范围6.47~14.07,能够承担63.28%~144.54%新风冷负荷;湿工况下,发生潜热换热,显著提高总节能量,COP处于13.99~18.11之间,能效较高,新风预冷量占新风冷负荷之比处于44.54%~49.42%。 According to the meteorological characteristics of Tianjin region,it is found that the region is not suitable for using direct evaporative cooling system alone,so fresh air pre-cooling system is selected for the indirect evaporative cooling energy recovery system.The pre-cooling process of the fresh air by indoor exhaust air is studied experimentally,and then the operating effect and energy efficiency of typical days under dry and wet conditions are analyzed.The results show that under dry operating conditions,the sensible heat energy saving of the system is large,and there is no latent heat energy saving,COP is between 6.47 and 14.07,and the system can undertake 63.28%~144.54%fresh air cooling load;latent heat exchange occurs under wet working conditions,which can significantly increase the total energy savings,COP is between 13.99 and 18.11,and the energy efficiency is higher,the proportion of fresh air pre-cooling load to the fresh air cooling load is 44.54%~49.42%.
