直膨式双源热泵运行特性实验系统设计与应用

摘要 设计并搭建了以微尺度平行流换热器为太阳能集热/蒸发器的双源热泵热水器运行特性测试实验系统。实验系统由压缩机、微尺度平行流太阳能集热/蒸发器、毛细管、盘管式冷凝储热水箱以及实验数据采集系统组成。利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件开发了热泵运行参数采集及运行特性分析软件,实现了热泵系统压力、温度等参数的实时采集,同时进行了热泵系统运行状态参数(温度、压力、焓、过热度、过冷度等)和运行性能(性能系数COP、蒸发器换热量、冷凝器换热量、水箱得热量、输入电功率等)的实时计算。同步数据采集及后处理软件开发可以实时观察热泵系统动态运行特性,有利于对热泵运行机理的理解。 Energy saving and high efficiency of heat pump water heater has gradually become one of the main technical schemes of water heater.An experimental system is designed and built to test the operation characteristics of the heat pump water heater with the microscale parallel flow heat exchanger as the solar collector/evaporator.The experimental system consists of a compressor,a microscale parallel flow solar collector/evaporator,a capillary tube,a coil type condensate heat storage tank and an experimental data acquisition system.Using LabVIEW virtual software,the software of heat pump operation parameter collection and operation characteristic analysis is developed to realizes the real-time collection of heat pump system pressure,temperature and other parameters.At the same time,the real-time calculation of heat pump system operation state parameters(temperature,pressure,enthalpy,superheat,subcool,etc.)and operation performance(performance coefficient COP,evaporator heat exchange,condenser heat exchange,heat of water tank,input electric power,etc.)are developed,and real time calculation of quantity is completed.Synchronous data acquisition and post-processing software development can observe the dynamic operation characteristics of the heat pump system in real time,which is more conducive to the understanding of the operation mechanism of the heat pump.
