研究型大学工程创新平台的建设——上海交通大学工程创新中心的改革与实践 被引量:10

摘要 随着国家创新创业示范基地建设的战略部署和工程领域新技术的不断发展,社会、产业界对工程创新人才的数量和质量提出了更高的要求。我校作为一所研究型大学,其“工程创新中心”在建设实践过程中通过“营造多学科交叉工程创新环境”“以产业需求为导向拓宽工程创新教育广度”“工程创新与人才培养计划深度融合”等系列改革举措,积极探索研究型大学工程创新平台的建设并实现研究型工程创新人才的培养,较好地解决了传统工程实践平台存在的教学理念陈旧、工程训练与产业界脱节、工程训练边缘化等弊端,取得了良好成效,也面临一些全新的挑战。 With the strategic deployment of the national innovation and entrepreneurship development and the continuous development of new technologies in the engineering field,the society and industry have put forward higher requirements for the number and quality of engineering innovation talents.Research-oriented universities have a high level of research faculty and good teaching conditions.They have the dual task of cultivating high-level professional engineering talents that the country badly needs and leading engineers in the future.Shanghai Jiao Tong University as a research-oriented university,the Engineering Innovation Center through the reforms such as“building a multidisciplinary project innovation platform”,“broadening the breadth of engineering innovation education”and“deep integration of engineering innovation and talent training program”have actively explored the construction of a research-oriented university engineering innovation center.It solves the problems of old teaching concept,disconnection between engineering training and industry,marginalization of engineering training and achieved good results,however facing some new challenges.
