摘要
设计了菱面体形CeO_(2)的合成、表征及光催化性能研究综合实验。采用硝酸铈为铈源,尿素为沉淀剂,PEG为表面活性剂,应用微波法制备了菱面体形CeO_(2)粒子,并通过正交试验法确定了合成的最佳工艺。利用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、红外光谱等方法对制备的样品进行了表征和分析,通过降解苯酚溶液考察所制备样品的光催化活性。教学实践表明,将材料合成技术、材料表征方法、催化性能测试及其实际应用有机结合,并以科研思维贯穿其中,可激发学生的学习兴趣和研究热情,提高解决实际问题的能力。
Based on the synthesis,characterization and photocatalytic performance of rhombohedral CeO_(2),a comprehensive experiment was designed.With cerium nitrate as the source,urea as the precipitant and PEG as the surfactant,rhombohedral CeO_(2) particles were prepared by microwave method,and the optimum synthesis process was determined by orthogonal experiment.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy,and the photocatalytic activity of the samples was investigated by degradation of phenol solution.The teaching practice shows that the organic combination of material synthesis technology,material characterization method,catalytic performance test and practical application,and permeated with scientific research thinking can stimulate students’interest in learning and enthusiasm in research,at the same time,it can improve the ability to solve practical problems.
