摘要 核磁共振波谱技术具有简便、快速以及无损分析等优点,是有机结构分析的重要手段。将核磁共振定量技术引入本科化学实验教学,激励学生自主学习核磁仪器,充分发挥大型仪器在实验教学工作中的技术支撑作用。探索建立直接法以及标准曲线法测定白酒中乙醇含量的设计实验,将前沿技术与实验课程相结合,丰富实验内容,强化学生对所学理论知识的理解,锻炼学生的实践能力,达到有效提高实验教学质量的目的。 Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR)is one of the most important techniques for organic structure analysis because of its advantages of simplicity,rapidity and nondestructive analysis.With the introduction of quantitative NMR(qNMR)technique into chemistry experimental teaching for undergraduates,it can stimulate students to learn and use NMR instruments independently,and sufficiently explore the technical support role of large instruments in experimental teaching.Herein,an experiment for the determination of ethanol content in liquor based on direct qNMR method and using standard curve method was designed.On one hand,the proposed experiment combines advanced technology with experimental courses,which can efficiently enrich the experimental contents.On the other,it is helpful to streng then the students’understanding of theoretical knowledge,cultivate their scientific research practice ability,and eventually promote the quality of experimental teaching effectively.
