摘要 针对新工科新型、新兴、新生产业发展需求,以创新学科课程教学为基础,重构了“融合前沿启发创新”的研究生课程教学基础体系;以强化研究生创新意识为机首引领,构建了“立体教育内驱创新”的研究生创新意识教育体系;以提高导师创新指导为左翼飞升,建设了“复合交叉指导创新”高水平导师队伍;以构建科技创新平台为右翼飞升,建成了“学术突破实践创新”科技创新培养平台;以改革创新培养机制为尾翼导向,建立了“全程管理协同创新”科研创新培养机制。构建“基础托升-机首引领-两翼齐飞-尾翼导向”一体化创新能力培养体系,探索了一条提高研究生创新能力培养的新途径。 To meet the development needs of the new engineering,the system of graduate course teaching is reconstructed with the view of“integration frontier inspiration innovation”based on the innovative subjects.To strengthen the innovation consciousness of postgraduates as the first lead,the education system of innovation consciousness of postgraduates is constructed.Taking improvement of the innovation guidance of tutors as the left wing,a high-level tutor team of“composite cross guidance innovation”is built.Taking the construction of science and technology innovation platform as the right wing,a science and technology innovation training platform of“academic breakthrough and practical innovation”is constructed.Guided by the reform and innovation training mechanism,a scientific research innovation training mechanism of“whole process management and collaborative innovation”is established.A novel way to improve the innovation ability of graduate students is explored by constructing an integrated innovation ability training system of“basic support,nose leading,wings flying together and tail leading”.
