数据驱动的大型科研仪器设备管理模式探索 被引量:4

摘要 大型科研仪器设备的运行管理方式直接关系到宝贵科研资源的利用效率和相关研究人员的科研产出。近年来,随着各级部门对仪器设备开放共享工作的深入展开,尤其是对各类信息化系统的应用,高校科研实验室的管理水平得到了有效提升。针对大型仪器设备运行中遇到的设备使用效率低下、技术人员技能单一以及管理手段落后等典型问题,近年来金属材料强度国家重点实验室进行了一系列管理改革与制度建设,形成以用户分级培训、技术人员轮岗和互联网预约为基础的科学运行管理体系,初步实现了实验室7×24 h高效运转。在此基础上,对互联网预约平台运行数据进行分析挖掘,为实验室管理者对设备运行状态、用户投入产出和技术人员工作效率的精准评估提供了数据支撑。通过以上各项机制的有机联动,最终形成了大型仪器设备运行管理的良性循环。 The operation and management mode of large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment is directly related to the utilization efficiency of valuable scientific research resources and the scientific research output of relevant researchers.In recent years,with the in-depth development of the opening and sharing of instruments and equipment by departments at all levels,especially the application of various information systems,the management level of scientific research laboratories in colleges and universities has been improved effectively.In view of the typical problems encountered in the operation of large-scale instruments and equipment,such as low efficiency of equipment use,single skill of technicians and backward management methods,the State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Behavior for Materials has carried out a series of system innovations and management practices,which forms a scientific operation and management system based on user classification training,technical personnel rotation and Internet reservation,and realizes the efficient operation of the laboratory 24/7 initially in recent years.On this basis,the operation data of the Internet reservation platform are analyzed and mined,which provides data support for laboratory managers to evaluate the operation status of equipment,user input and output and technical personnel work efficiency accurately.A virtuous circle of operation and management of large-scale instruments and equipment has finally been formed through the organic linkage of the above mechanisms.
