摘要
针对某型车总装下线后经过绳索路面时车内出现明显的冲击异响问题,进行主观评价和客观测量,判定异响来自后减振器上支撑总成,并对上支撑总成进行优化改进。
In view of the obviously abnormal shock sound of vehicle when passing through a roped road after the final assembly off line,the authors do the subjective evaluation and objective measurement to determine that the abnormal sound comes from the upper support assembly of the rear shock absorber.Meanwhile,they optimize and improve the upper support assembly.
