摘要
为实现宽带带通滤波器小型化,采用了加载电容和电感2种枝节的双模方环谐振器,同时在输入输出端口分别加载了开路枝节,滤波器呈现出宽带和高选择性的性能。经Ansoft HFSS仿真,结果表明:该滤波器的中心频率为3.48 GHz,相对带宽为52%,通带内插入损耗小于1 dB,回波损耗大于15 dB,4个传输零点分别出现在靠近通带两边的阻带,具有很好的频率选择性。
To realize the miniaturization of the wideband bandpass filter, a dual-mode square ring resonator with two types of stubs loaded with capacitors and inductors is used. At the same time, the open branches were loaded at the relative positions of the input and output ports, and the filter exhibited wideband and high selectivity performance. The results of Ansoft HFSS simulation show that the center frequency of the filter is 3.48 GHz and the relative bandwidth is 52%. The insertion loss is less than 1 dB and the return loss is greater than 15 dB. The four transmission zeros appear near the two sides of the passband respectively, which has good frequency selectivity.
