草莓育苗方式一般采用田间匍匐茎分株方法,此方法在生长过程中易感染病毒病,从而造成草莓品种的种性退化,出现植株矮化、叶片变小及繁殖系数降低等现象,致使草莓种苗质量下降,经济效益降低。组织培养具有生长周期短、繁殖系数高、可保持植物特性的优点。阐述如何利用草莓茎尖组织培养技术繁育种苗,提高种苗繁殖系数及种苗质量。

Strawberry seedlings generally adopt stolon separation method,which is easy to be infected with virus during the growth process,resulting in the species degeneration of strawberry.So that it arise plant dwarfing,blade smaller,reduced reproduction coefficient and other phenomena,resulting in the quality of strawberry seedlings decline and economic benefits decrease.Tissue culture has the advantages of short growth cycle,high reproduction coefficient and maintaining plant characteristics.This paper expounds how to use tissue culture technology of stem tip to raise seedling of strawberry,so this method can improve the propagation coefficient and quality of strawberry seedlings.
