法军教育训练体系完备,依据培养对象和目标的不同,可以划分为初级军事教育、首次任职教育、高级军事教育、专业技术教育以及少年军校五种类型。法军院校实施军事基础教育与军事专业教育相互分离的培养模式并且以驻地进行集约化建设。法军院校教育的外部保障机制主要是参加国家的机构认证、专业认证和职业认证,遵循与地方院校一致的标准和程序,具有明显的军民融合特性。法军院校教育体系及其质量保障的建设思路代表了大多数外军院校的普遍做法,具有一定的启示借鉴意义。

The French military has the complete system of education and training.According to the different training targets and objectives,it can be divided into five types:primary military education,initial assignment education,advanced military education,professional technical education and juvenile military school education.The French military institutions implement a training model that separates military basic education from military professional education and conduct intensive and economical construction in stations.The French military institutions participate in national institutional certification,professional certification and vocational certification,following the standards and procedures consistent with civilian colleges and universities,with obvious characteristics of military-civilian integration in the external quality assurance.The development notion of the French military education system and its quality assurance represent the common practice of most foreign military institutions,which has certain enlightenment and reference significance.
