乡村振兴战略下“同域同业”在地发展路径与规划设计系列研究——以江海区葡萄产业园为例

A Series of Research on the Local Development Path and Planning Design of"the Same Area and the Same Industry"under the Rural Revitalization Strategy--A Case of Jianghai Grape Dndustrial Park

发展“同域同业”特色经济,其中“同域”对于产业所在行政区划下的村镇来说,不是简单意义上的一个行政村、镇,而是一个经济区域的概念;对于“同业”来说,不是简单的一个产业,可以是多业,更注重的是品质提高、品牌打造和产业链的延伸。发展“同域同业”,就是由地方资源变地方产业的过程,带动产品开发、产业发展,振兴一方经济。江海区葡萄产业园以产业整体效益提升和带动农民增收为核心,通过2019-2021年建设,聚集现代生产要素,打通“生产+加工+科技+营销(品牌)”,扩大优质礼乐葡萄种植规模达到1800亩,拓展农业功能,发展休闲旅游,把江海区葡萄产业园打造成现代一二三产业融合发展区、现代农业示范核心区。

To develop the characteristic economy of"the same area and the same industry","the same area"is not an adminis⁃trative village or town in the simple sense,but a concept of economic region;For"the same industry",it is not a simple indus⁃try,can be multiple industries,more attention is paid to quality improvement,brand building and the extension of the industrial chain.The development of"the same industry"is the process of changing local resources into local industries,driving product development and industrial development,and revitalizing the economy of one party.Jianghai district grape industrial park in in⁃dustry as a whole benefit promote and stimulate the development of farmers'income as the core,through the construction from 2019 to 2021,gather the modern factors of production,through"production+processing+technology+marketing(brand)",ex⁃pand the scale of reed grape planting 1800 mu,expanding agricultural functions,development of leisure tourism,the jianghai district industrial park into a modern 123 grape industry development zone,modern agriculture demonstration area.
