农业财务工作是农业经济发展的核心和基础,做好农业财务工作有利于经济社会的和谐稳定。在农业体制改革的不断深化的新形势下,农业财务工作发生了深刻改变,传统的农业财务管理模式中存在的各类问题和漏洞逐渐凸显,主要包括财务管理制度缺失,财务管理人员专业素质不高、财务信息化管理水平不足等,这些问题的出现使当前的农业财务工作与农业经济发展产生脱节,不能满足农业领域的发展需要,严重制约了经济社会的健康良好的发展。鉴于此,本文简要介绍了新形势下的农业财务工作现状,并在对其中存在的问题进行深入剖析的基础上提出了开展农业财务工作的新思路。

Agricultural financial work is the core and foundation of agricultural economic development,and doing a good job in agricultural financial work is conducive to the harmony and stability of the economy and society.Under the new situation of the continuous deepening of agricultural system reforms,profound changes have taken place in agricultural financial work.Various problems and loopholes in the traditional agricultural financial management model have gradually become prominent,mainly including the lack of financial management systems and poor professional quality of financial management personnel.High and insufficient financial information management.The emergence of these problems has caused the current agricultural financial work to be out of touch with the development of the agricultural economy,unable to meet the development needs of the agricul⁃tural field,and severely restrict the healthy and sound development of the economy and society.In view of this,this article brief⁃ly introduces the current situation of agricultural financial work under the new situation,and puts forward new ideas for carry⁃ing out agricultural financial work based on an indepth analysis of the existing problems.
