关于林业植物新品种保护的思考

Reflections on the Protection of New Varieties of Forestry Plants

近年来,随着我国现代化农业改革机制逐步落实,农业经济的发展呈现一片欣欣向荣的态势,在此背景下,我国林业部门也将植物新品种保护提上了重要日程。文章首先对我国简要阐述植物新品种保护的目的和意义,在此基础上,分析林业植物新品种保护工作的情况和其存在的问题,并提出对林业植物新品种保护的对策建议,以供相关人员借鉴、参考。

In recent years,with the gradual implementation of the modern agricultural reform mechanism in China,the develop⁃ment of agricultural economy is showing a thriving trend.Under this background,the forestry department of our country has al⁃so put the protection of new plant varieties on an important agenda.Firstly,this paper briefly expounds the purpose and signifi⁃cance of the protection of new plant varieties in China,on this basis,analyzes the situation and existing problems of the protec⁃tion of new forest plant varieties,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the protection of new forest plant varieties.
