国家公园是指保护具有国家代表性的自然生态系统,兼顾自然资源科学保护和合理利用的特定区域,是我国自然生态系统中最重要、最独特、最精华、最富集的部分。纵观全球国家公园体系建设,我国的起步较晚。在美国成立世界上第一个国家公园——黄石国家公园后,世界各国开始各自探索国家公园建设并逐渐发展、成熟。借鉴与学习国际上相对已成熟运转的国家公园的建设经验具有重要意义。

Throughout the construction of the global national park system,China started late.After the establishment of the world's first national park-Yellowstone National Park in the United States,the world began to explore the construction of na⁃tional parks and gradually develop and mature.It is of great significance to learn from the construction experience of the rela⁃tively mature national park in the world.
