甘肃省推广中华蜂养殖产业天气指数保险可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis ofWeather Index Insurance for Chinese Bee Culture Industry in Gansu Province

中华蜂养殖产业作为甘肃打赢脱贫攻坚战的“好产业”,在巩固提升脱贫成果,推进乡村振兴中发挥重要作用。但是蜂产业发展受气候因素影响较大,如何有效降低风险,推动甘肃省中华蜂养殖产业持续向好发展是政府部门关注的重点。本研究以甘肃省中华蜂养殖为重点,分析了气候因素对其产生的影响,以及当前中华蜂养殖产业农业保险存在的不足,提出运用甘肃精准扶贫大数据平台,创新开发中华蜂养殖产业天气指数保险的可行性,为甘肃省大力推广中华蜂养殖产业天气保险指数产品提供依据。

As a"good industry"to win the battle of poverty alleviation in Gansu Province,Chinese apiculture industry plays an important role in consolidating and improving the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization.Howev⁃er,the development of apiculture industry is greatly affected by climate factors.How to effectively reduce risks and promote the sustainable development of Chinese apiculture industry in Gansu Province is the focus of government departments.Focusing on Chinese bee breeding,gansu province,this study analyzes the impact of climate factors on its,and the current Chinese agricul⁃tural insurance of bee breeding industry is put forward using precise big data platform for poverty alleviation in Gansu prov⁃ince,innovation development,the feasibility of bee breeding industry weather index insurance,for promoting the Chinese bee breeding industry in Gansu province weather index insurance product.
