摘要
为确定连云港市东海县鲫鱼败血症的病因以便制订防治措施,采用常规微生物分离技术和分子生物学相关方法,从患病鲫鱼内脏中分离得到一株病原菌并命名为SPQ-1。通过进行形态特征观察、生理生化实验、16S rDNA基因序列分析,初步将其确定为嗜水气单胞菌(Aermomnas hydrophila)。经人工感染试验发现,菌株SPQ-1对鲫鱼的半致死浓度(LD 50)为5.5×10^(6)cfu/mL。药敏试验结果表明,该菌株对诺氟沙星、红霉素、氯霉素、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星敏感,对链霉素、四环素、庆大霉素、头孢克肟、呋喃唑酮、利福平、复方新诺明中度敏感,对磺胺异亚唑、阿莫西林、青霉素G不敏感。
In order to determine the cause of sepsis of Carassius auratus in Donghai County of Lianyungang City,so as to formulate control measures.In this study,a pathogen named SPQ-1 was isolated from the viscera of diseased crucian carp by conventional microbial isolation techniques and molecular biology methods.Through morphological observation,physiological and biochemical experiments and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis,it was preliminarily identified as Aeromonas hydrophila.The artificial infection test found that the LD 50 of the strain SPQ-1 to crucian carp was 5.5×10^(6)cfu/mL.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the strain was sensitive to norfloxacin,erythromycin,chloramphenicol,ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin,and moderately sensitive to streptomycin,tetracycline,gentamicin,cefixime,furazolidone,rifampicin but not sensitive to sulfamethoxazole,amoxicillin and penicillin G.
