纤维增强CFP/PPS复合材料的制备与性能表征

摘要 以碳纤维(CF)和碳纤维粉末(CFP)为导电基体,制备出导电聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合材料。研究了复合材料的形貌、导电及力学性能。结果表明,CFP能很好地分散在PPS复合材料内部,复合材料的表面电阻可达到103Ω。同纯PPS复合材料相比,导电性能增加了四个数量级;一定范围内的CFP可以提高PPS复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度;CFP含量过多时,复合材料内部因发生团聚而力学性能下降。 The conductive polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)composites were prepared by using carbon fiber(CF)and carbon fiber powder(CFP).The morphology,electrical and mechanical properties of composites were studied.The results show that the carbon fiber powder can be well dispersed in the PPS matrix,and the surface resistance of the composite can reach 103Ω.Comparing with those of neat PPS,the electrical conductivity has increased by four orders of magnitude.The tensile strength and impact strength of PPS composites could be improved by adding a certain range of carbon fiber powder.When the addition of carbon fiber powder is too much,the mechanical properties of the composite could decrease due to the internal agglomeration.
