摘要 旨在利用有限元方法对一种塑料围板箱进行优化,在保证其结构强度的基础上减轻其质量,降低生产成本。首先在进行蜂巢板三点弯曲试验的基础上进行有限元模型验证,接着运用ANSYS Workbench的多目标优化模块进行了敏感度分析、响应面分析和响应面优化。通过分析结果,优化后的蜂巢板质量减少了10.4%,等效应力下降了2.73%,强度得到了提高,质量下降,实现了优化目标。再将优化前后的蜂巢板模型代入围板箱模型中进行静载仿真,发现优化后围板箱静载最大等效应力下降了12.12%,等效应变下降了12.1%,实现了围板箱的轻量化设计。 Aiming to use the finite element method to optimize a kind of plastic enclosure box,its weight and production costs on the basis of ensuring its structural strength were reduced.Firstly,the finite element model verification was performed on the basis of the three-point bending test of the honeycomb panel,and then the multi-objective optimization module of ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct sensitivity analysis,response surface analysis and response surface optimization.Through the analysis results,the quality of the optimized honeycomb panel is reduced by 10.4%,the equivalent stress is reduced by 2.73%,the strength is improved,the quality is reduced,and the optimization goal is achieved.Then the honeycomb panel model before and after optimization is substituted into the enclosure model for static load simulation.It is found that after optimization,the maximum equivalent stress of the enclosure static load is reduced by 12.12%,and the equivalent strain decreases by 12.1%.The lightweight design of enclosure box is achieved.
