DuPont analysis method can carry out a comprehensive and in-depth analysis on the profitability of enterprises from different perspectives.It has a positive impact on better understanding of the operation and management of enterprises.Through effective analysis,it can also deeply understand the related problems in the process of operation and management of enterprises.In this way,we can carry out targeted analysis of problems and take corresponding solutions to comprehensively improve the profitability of enterprises.In this paper,based on DuPont analysis method,the profitability of Xinjiang Tianrun Co.,Ltd is analyzed comprehensively,and through the analysis,some problems existing in the operation and management of the company are found.This research is expected to provide more references for other enterprises to improve their profitability and create more possibility for more enterprises.
