摘要
为探究不同材质的反射面对全站仪免棱镜模式测量结果的影响,以Leica TM30全站仪为例,介绍了一种免棱镜测量外符合精度室内测试的方法。利用Leica Axyz经纬仪测量系统高精度三维坐标测量的特性,将其测量值当作真值,通过对比两种方法的测量结果,验证了在10 m范围内,TM30全站仪免棱镜测量模式的三维坐标整体误差在0.5~2.0 mm。对于较为平整光滑的反射面,其测量精度较高,反之测量相对粗糙的反射面时,其精度较低。针对室内短程建筑测量,提供了一种可靠的外符合精度测试方法。
In order to explore the influence of the reflection of different materials on the measurement results of the total station non-prism mode,taking Leica TM30 total station as an example,this paper introduced an indoor method of the external coincidence accuracy of non-prism measurement.Using the high precision 3D coordinate measurement characteristics of Leica Axyz industrial measuring system,set the measured value as the true value,and compared the measured results of the two methods.It was verified that within the range of 10 m,the integrated error of the 3D coordinates of the TM30 total station in the non-prism measurement mode was within 0.5~2.0 mm.For a flatter and smoother reflective surface,the measurement accuracy was higher,whereas when the reflective surface is relatively rough,the accuracy was lower.It provided a reliable external conformance accuracy test method for indoor short-range building measurement.
