水分管理对再生稻稻米品质的影响 被引量:10

Effects of water management on grain quality of ratooning rice

摘要 为探究不同水分管理方式对再生稻稻米品质的影响,以湖北省推广品种两优6326为试验材料,在头季种植过程中设置常规水层灌溉和干湿交替灌溉2种水分管理方式,检测不同水分条件下再生稻稻米加工品质、外观品质、食味品质、营养品质和卫生安全品质。结果显示:与干湿交替灌溉相比,常规水层灌溉条件下头季稻米的糙米率、精米率、整精米率分别显著增加了3.78%、4.45%、13.03%,再生季稻米的糙米率、精米率、整精米率分别显著增加了1.63%、1.26%、8.03%,垩白度显著降低了14.9%。而不同水分管理方式下再生稻稻米食味品质没有显著差异。另外,常规水层灌溉条件下再生季稻米中铁(Fe)含量显著增加了127.41%,再生稻植株对铁元素吸收的变化很可能影响了一些重金属在再生稻稻米中的积累。综上,常规水层灌溉比干湿交替灌溉条件下再生稻稻米的加工品质、外观品质、营养品质更好,说明常规水层灌溉有利于提高再生稻稻米品质。 Liangyou 6326 as one of the promotion varieties in Hubei Province was used to analyze the effects of water management on grain quality of the ratoon rice.Two different water managements including continuous flooding(CF)and alternate wetting and drying(AWD)were applied in the main season.Milling quality,appearance quality,eating and nutritional quality,and health and safety quality of the ratoon rice was assessed under CF and AWD conditions.Under CF condition,the brown rice rate,milled rice rate and head rice rate of the main crop was significantly increased by 3.78%,4.45%,and 13.03%,respectively.The brown rice rate,milled rice rate and head rice rate of the ratoon crop under the CF condition were 1.63%,1.26%and 8.03%higher than those under the AWD condition,whereas the chalkiness rate of the ratoon crop was 14.9%lower than that under the AWD condition.No significant difference was found in the eating quality of the ratoon crop under the two different conditions.The Fe content of the ratoon crop was significantly increased by 127.41%under the CF condition compared with that under AWD condition.The change of the Fe uptaking in the ratoon rice plants under the CF condition may result in the accumulation of several heavy metals in grains of the ratoon rice.The ratoon rice has better milling quality,appearance quality and nutritional quality under the CF condition,indicating that the CF condition in main season helps to improve grain quality of the ratoon rice.
