摘要
运用文献资料法、实地访谈法等研究美国NCAA网球赛的发展现状和经验,为推进我国FUSC网球赛的发展提供有益参考。美国NCAA网球赛的发展经验主要有:强调竞赛管理的制度性;注重竞赛层次的公平性;彰显竞赛方法的多元性。对我国FUSC网球赛发展的建议:健全管理规章制度;优化学业保障机制;创新网球竞赛方法。
By using the methods of literature and on-the-spot interviews,this paper studies the present situation and experience of NCAA tennis match in the United States,so as to provide useful reference for promoting the development of FUSC tennis match in China.The development experience of American NCAA tennis match mainly includes:emphasizing the system of competition management;paying attention to the fairness of competition level;highlighting the diversity of competition methods.Suggestions for the development of China's FUSC tennis match:improve the management rules and regulations;optimize the academic security mechanism;innovate tennis competition methods.
