基坑开挖与邻近高层建筑施工耦合模拟研究 被引量:6

摘要 以一邻近在建观光楼的基坑工程为背景,采用有限元软件MIDAS GTS-NX对其进行基坑开挖及邻近观光楼全过程数值模拟分析,结合模拟计算分析了邻近在建高层建筑的基坑开挖的耦合作用。模拟结果表明:在邻近在建建筑物的基坑开挖情况下,两者间的耦合作用明显;在邻近在建高层建筑物影响下,基坑支护结构水平位移差为10.1 mm;土体应力受邻近建筑动态影响在前期变化明显,到后期影响趋于稳定;在临近高层建筑施工处,地连墙角点和非角点处应力差异明显,地连墙角点应力受到邻近建筑施工影响较小,但非角点位置受到影响较为明显,在设计中应充分考虑该因素。 Taking the foundation pit project adjacent to a sightseeing building under construction as a background,the finite element software MIDAS GTS-NX was used to perform the foundation pit excavation and the whole process numerical simulation analysis of the adjacent sightseeing building,and the coupling effect of the foundation pit excavation of the building was analyzed.The simulation results showed that the coupling effect between the two was obvious under the foundation pit excavation adjacent to the building under construction;the displacement difference reached 10.1 mm;the soil stress was obviously changed in the early stage due to the dynamic influence of the adjacent buildings,and the influence tended to be stable in the later stage.Near the construction site of high-rise buildings,the stress difference between the corner points of the ground connection wall and the non-corner points was obvious,the corner stress of the ground connection wall was less affected by the construction of adjacent buildings,but the location of the non-corner points was more obvious,and so this factor should be fully considered in the design.
