摘要
韶钢6号高炉通过炉缸浇注整体修复,取得了较好的效果。该技术直接在变薄的炉缸炭砖层上浇注一层耐高温、抗渣侵蚀、不溶于铁水的整体陶瓷杯,阻隔炭砖与铁水的直接接触,并形成一个新的、稳定有效的炉缸传热系统,从而实现高炉长寿,为后续强化冶炼提供了前提条件。针对本次实践,对炉缸整体修复过程及强化冶炼进行探讨。
Good results had been achieved through hearth pouring and whole repairing at No.6 blast furnace of Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd..A ceramic cup with high temperature resistance,slag erosion resistance and insolubility in molten iron was poured directly on the thinned hearth carbon brick layer,which prevented the carbon brick from contacting with molten iron directly,and formed a new,stable and effective hearth heat transfer system,thus realizing the longevity of the blast furnace and providing a prerequisite for the subsequent intensified smelting of the blast furnace.In view of this practice,this paper discussed the whole process of repairing hearth and strengthening smelting.
