摘要
以一座建成多年大型尾矿库为研究对象,对照《一般工业固体废物贮存场、处置场污染控制标准》(GB 18599—2001)及其修订征求意见稿进行环境污染风险分析,经过认真研究,放弃了防渗施工方式,而选择在尾矿库下游合适断面进行截渗处理,通过实施防渗墙工程,并进行跟踪监测,有效控制了尾矿库的渗漏影响,实现了尾矿库下游地表水及地下水的达标修复,为国内一般工业固体废物贮存场、处置场污染控制探索出了一条技术可行、经济合理的解决方案,具有很强的借鉴价值。
In this paper,a large tailing pond built for many years was taken as the research object and environmental pollution risk analysis was conducted in comparison with the standard for GB 18599-2001 and the revised draft for comments.After careful study,the way of anti-seepage construction was abandoned,and a suitable section downstream of the tailing pond for cutoff treatment was chosen.Through the implementation of cutoff wall works and tracking monitoring,the leakage effect of the tailing pond was effectively controlled,the surface water and groundwater downstream of the tailing pond were repaired to the standard,a feasible and economical solution for pollution control of domestic industrial solid waste storage and disposal site was explored,and it had a strong demonstration value.
